A Donegal County Cllr has said that people in the county should be given the option whether or not to take out their back boilers or cookers.
Currently under the Better Energy Homes Scheme being implemented by
Donegal County Council people must take out their back boilers and replace it with oil heating.
The key driver of this policy is the need to reduce the level of CO2 emissions.
