Derry Councillor Angela Dobbins is appealing to parents in the Culmore area to be vigilant after reports of a suspicious approach to a young girl by a masked man in the Elmvale area on Saturday afternoon.
Cllr Dobbins says happened when it was still daylight, and there have been unconfirmed reports of other possible appropaches in the city.
Cllr Dobbins says the PSNI are taking this very seriously, and is urging anyone with information to come forward………..
