No serious injuries in Port Road crash

Two cars were involved in a collision on the main rain into Letterkenny today, close to the Clanree Hotel.
While the damage was minor, emergency services attended the scene.
There was traffic disruption for around half an hour.
This is the latest of a series of accidents on this busy stretch and will lead to fresh calls for a barrier down the whole length of the road, possibly with a limited number of openings.
The incident occured during the lunch hour rush.
It is understood there were no serious injuries.
