County Councillor Michael Mac Giolla Easpaig has rejected claims that comments he made earlier in the week regarding water charges were meant as a personal attack on Donegal Deputy, Pearse Doherty.
The County Councillor has instead called for unity amongst all parties, saying he believes that a mass boycott is the only way to combat the issue of water charges:
