The 19 year-old woman who was killed in a crash in Donegal early this morning is the daughter of Fine Gael County Council Martin Harley
Kym Harley was a front seat passenger in the car which hit a hedge and overturned at around 4:25 am in Ballybofey just 500 meters from her home.
The 19-year-old male driver of the car suffered minor injuries.
