The price of an average three-bed semi in Co Donegal has risen by 10.74% to the end of September this year, according to a national survey carried out by Real Estate Alliance.
The price of an average three-bed semi in the county is now €71,000, the Real Estate Alliance Average House Index has found.
Nationally, the average price of a three bed semi detached house rose by almost 22 percent over the past 12 months.
