Over 5,000 people expected to turnout for water charges protests in Letterkenny

national-water-protest-against-water-630x419The Mayor of Donegal says he expects more than five thousand people to take to the streets in protest tomorrow.
It comes amid reports that the government is looking at ways to reduce the cost burden on households.
According to today’s Irish Independent,the government is considering granting a 100 euro tax credit for water.
