Cloughaneely take back to back wins to reach Ulster semi final

gaaCloughaneely rounded off a frantic weekend with victory in the Ulster Intermediate Club Championship quarter final on Sunday against Castledawson.
The Donegal side who won the Donegal title on Saturday beating Buncrana in the final needed extra time to overcome the Derry side this afternoon at Owenbeg.
At half time Cloughaneely trailed by 6 points 2-7 to 1-4 but hit form in the second half to level the game at 2-11 apiece. There’s was just two scores in extra time and they were for the Donegal side who won 2-13 to 2-11.
Cloughaneely’s top scorer was Denis Boyle who hit 0-6 while their two goals were scored by John Fitzgerald and John Mc Garvey.
