Sinn Fein’s spokesman on Justice, Equality and Defence is addressing a major international conference in Palestine.
It’s attended by hundreds of delegates from all over the world, including government ministers, city mayors and local authority leaders.
The conference is taking place in the city of Ramallah, in the West Bank.
