Donegal Deputy Thomas Pringle says Budget 2016 could have serious implications for rural Donegal.
Deputy Pringle has claimed that despite cuts in USC, the budget has failed to consider the plight of seasonal workers and part-time farmers dependent on income supports.
He says the Government has also failed to address the problem of high unemployment and the dominance of low income jobs in the county which could pose serious problems down the line:
