Man arrested in ongoing investigation of Peggy O’hEara’s wake and funeral is freed

A 53 year old man, arrested in Derry yesterday by detectives investigating offences committed at the wake and funeral of Peggy O’Hara in the city in July, has been released unconditionally.
Meanwhile, another man has been arrested by police as part of an investigation into dissident republican terrorism, this time in Newry. The 36-year-old was arrested this morning and a property was searched.
The man has been taken to Musgrave police station in Belfast, qwhere three others, one of them a 47 year old man arrested in Derry yesterday, remain in custody.
