Mark Mc Hugh will not feature in McKenna Cup

Mark Mc Hugh will not be part of the Donegal squad for the rest of the Dr.McKenna Cup campaign.
The Kilcar man had been named in the panel ahead of the competition by manager Rory Gallagher but Tom Comack reports in today’s Donegal Democrat that he has since been put on a special training programme by the management team and is working on his own outside the squad.
There are hopes McHugh will make a return to the county set up when the league starts at the end of January.
Donegal play their second game in the Dr.McKenna Cup this Sunday against St. Mary’s at the O’Donnell Park in Letterkenny.
The students from Belfast lost their opening game on Wednesday night to Fermanagh.
