Gardai looking to trace owner of car stopped in Buncrana

Gardai in Donegal are trying to trace the owner of a vehicle after the person who was driving it fled when stopped.
The car was pulled over in Buncrana by Gardai but when its young driver was asked to produce his documents, he fled on foot.
The car was seized.
Gardai are encouraging its owner to reclaim the vehicle.
