TJ McMenamin wins second Donegal medal in Portugal

TJ McMenamin has become the second Donegal man to win a medal at the European Jiu-Jitsu Championships in Portugal.
Competing under the Rilion Gracie Ireland team, the Convoy man won bronze in the masters category.
Earlier in the week Laghey’s William Timoney won a gold medal.
