A Donegal Deputy believes the expert group on water charges is facing a crisis following the resignation of chairman Joe O’Toole last evening.
The former senator stepped down following widespread criticism of his comments in favour of water charges.
He has been under fire after suggesting the purpose of the commission was to find the sugar to make the medication of water charges easier to swallow.
