A garage owner in Strabane says he is shocked that a car which he had loaned to a Donegal woman whose car was being fixed was seized by Revenue officials last week.
Campbell spoke on the Shaun Doherty Show today, outlining how the woman’s car is having extensive repair work done in his premises in Strabane, and because the work would take some time to complete, he gave her a courtesy car to drive in the meantime.
However, that car was seized last week, with the garage owner claiming the heavily pregnant woman and her elderly mother was forced to wait for over an hour on the side of the road.
He also claims that when he arrived at the scene with the documentation proving ownership, no one would speak with him…………..
