Strong Donegal presence at Ulster Boxing Championship finals

The Ulster Senior Championship finals are on this evening at the Dockworkers Club in Belfast – and there’s strong Donegal interest with five boxers from the county in action.
The heavyweight final will see two Donegal boxers up against each other with David Tsotsoria of Illies Golden Gloves meeting Michael McConigley from Letterkenny Boxing Club.
Two Donegal boxers will also meet in the light-heavyweight final – Garbhan Friel of Illies Golden Gloves is up against his IIlies club-mate, Cathal Browne.
Another Illies Golden Gloves boxer, Martin Lynch is in the middleweight final and fights Christopher McClean.
