Investigation underway as garda and civilian are injured in Letterkenny incident

Gardai in Letterkenny are investigating an incident in the Lower Main Street area of the town in which a garda and a member of the public were injured.
The incident, which happened between 9.15 and 9.30 began in the Bar One bookmakers premises, and then spilled out into the area behind the shop.
Gardai say a definite line of enquiry is being followed, and they are urging any witnesses to come forward
