Killybegs man to be technical officer at World Athletic Championships

Bernie O’Callaghan has been invited to act as an NTO, a technical officer, at this years World Championships in London.
The invitation for the walk events came this week from the Competition Director, Chris Cohen.
The Killybegs man is a former international athlete and national champion, and is currently coaching young javelin throwers at Finn Valley AC.
The World Championships will be held from the  4th -13th August ,with the walk events centred around the famous Mall area in London.
