Progress on Brexit negotiations to be voted on

The European Parliament is meeting in Strasbourg later to vote on whether sufficient progress has been made on Brexit negotiations.
The timetable agreed between the UK and the EU states that significant developments have to have been made on the settlement payments before trade talks can begin.
The Parliament is expected to vote no.
