It’s been confirmed that work on the second phase of a temporary footpath at Aghilly in Buncrana is getting underway in the coming days.
There were concerns locally over safety risks in the area with work on part of the footpath already complete.
Local Cllr Rena Donaghy says while it will make a difference in the short term, a more permanent solution will be required in the future…………
