Concerns have been raised over the absence of an occupational therapist in the Gweedore and Lower Rosses area.
Other concerns coming to the fore include positions of Occupational Therapists on long leaves of absence not being filled.
Councillor Micheal Cholm MacGiolla Easbuig says this delivery of service by the HSE is unacceptable.
