The Housing Executive has announced a £1 million capital investment in housing in the Triangle area of the Waterside.
Cllr Martin Reilly says this work has been in the pipeline for some time, and it’s good to see it finally progressing in earnest.
Some disruption will be necessary, but Cllr Reilly says it will be kept to a minimum.
He says the improvements will be substantial………..
