Tattyreagh animal incinerator application deemed “invalid”

It’s emerged that an application for an animal incineration plant at Tattyreagh between Omagh and Fintona is no longer under consideration by Fermanagh and Omagh District Council.
West Tyrone MP Orfhlaith Begley says she’s been told by the Planning Department that following a detailed review of the file, it doesn’t meet the required legislation and is not a valid application.
