Avril McNamee wins Handball World Championship

Avril McNamee is the World Female Singles 4-Wall (Small Ball) – B after her win at the University of Minnesota today.
The Sean MacCumhaills clubwoman overcame Ellen O’Connor of Kildare 21-0, 21-2 to claim the World title.
McNamee bested Linda Connolly of Roscommon on her way to the final in the US.
