A 25 year old man arrested in Derry earlier today is due to appear at Derry Magistrates Court next month charged with possession of and throwing a petrol bomb, resisting arrests and criminal damage.
The charges relate to incidents at a bonfire in the city last week on August 15th in which the names of murdered prison and police officers were burnt.
The man will appear in court on September 12th.
