There are calls on the Government to invest properly in rural Ireland as part of Budget 2019.
Irish Rural Link is to meet with the Finance Minister later today to discuss their wish list for the upcoming Budget with broadband and job creation expected to be high on the agenda.
Chief Executive Seamus Boland says Donegal is one of the counties worst hit with a decline in rural services.
