Housing Minister survives motion of no confidence


The Housing Minister survived a motion of no confidence last night after a stormy debate in the Dáil.
Eoghan Murphy comfortably saw off the motion from Sinn Féin when Fianna Fáil abstained.
Junior Minister Catherine Byrne decided to vote with her government colleagues on the issue after threatening to support the motion.
