£10,000 and quantity of counterfeit cigarettes seized in Derry

Yesterday afternoon officers from the District Support Team in Derry seized a quantity a suspected counterfeit cigarettes as well as over £10,000 in cash during a search of a van in the Creggan area.
The driver of the van was arrested and his van seized.
The man was detained at Strand Strand Road Police Station following searches of two properties.
