A 25 year old man has been arrested on suspicion of a number of offences including burglary with intent to cause unlawful damage and possession of an offensive weapon.
It follows a disturbance at a house in Osborne Street in Derry at around 5.30pm yesterday evening, Friday 28th September.
The male remains in custody and is assisting the PSNI with their enquiries.
