Update: Port Road traffic incident cleared

The collision which occured on the Port Road has now been cleared.
The inbound lane off the Polestar Roundabout has reopened and traffic is flowing.
Heavy disruption to traffic was caused as a result of a minor collision between a Garda patrol car and one other car.
No one was injured in the incident.
