A meeting takes place later this month to vote on the proposed merger of two dairy companies. Lakeland and Lac Patrick are due to come together, with detailed proposals already circulated to shareholders.
The IFA is urging all dairy farmers to study the terms of the proposal, and move to ensure any merger agreement is to the benefit of farmers and suppliers.
