300 new houses to be built in Letterkenny

174 new houses are to be built in Letterkenny by George Doherty Construction Ltd.
The Donegal News is reporting that the houses, for which permission has already been granted, will be built at the Crieve Mor estate in Creevesmith, with the project set to start next year and be complete by Spring 2020.

The company has already built approximately 300 houses in a number of estates across Letterkenny.
