Man arrested over Derry security alert is released

 
A 41 year old man arrested under the Terrorism Act in relation to a security alert in the Beechwood Avenue area of Derry has been released following questioning.
The incident remains under investigation.
He has also been released pending a report to the public prosecution service for other offences.
