24 people awaiting in-patient beds at LUH

There’s been a sharp fall in the number of people awaiting in-patient beds at Letterkenny University Hospital, with 24 people awaiting beds this morning, four of them on Emergency Department trolleys.
That’s a fall of 20 on yesterday’s figure.
Nationally, the INMO says there were 454 admitted patients waiting at hospitals across the country, the largest number, 52, at University Hospital Galway.
