Work on a major social housing project on Long Lane in Letterkenny has been halted today after an incident of criminal damage overnight.
Two lorries on the site were attacked, with one of them having its cab burnt out.
Local Cllr Gerry Mc Monagle is Chair of the Donegal Joint Policing Committee.
