Termon and St Nauls will meet on Saturday afternoon at the O’Donnell Park in Letterkenny to battle for the Donegal U21 B title.
St Naul’s who have lost out in the last two final’s reached the decider for the third year in a row with wins over St Eunan’s and Bundoran.
This years minor champions Termon disposed of Cloughaneely, Fanad Gaels and Naomh Muire to make the final.
