Donal Kelly to join Donegal County Council today

Donegal County Council is set to welcome a new member today with the co-option of Donal Kelly onto the authority.
Mr Kelly will take the seat which was left vacant when his son Manus was tragically killed during this year’s Donegal International Rally.
Mr Kelly’s nomination was confirmed by Fianna Fail last week, and as is the tradition, other parties will not oppose his elevation to council today.
