The EU’s chief negotiator says there are “serious divergences” between Europe and Britain in trade talks.
Michel Barnier has been speaking following the first round of negotiations after Brexit.
The aim is to reach agreement on a new trade relationship by the end of the year.
But Mr Barnier says that’s a difficult target to meet……………
