Many public hospitals ‘incapable’ of providing safe distancing

 

The HSE says many public hospitals aren’t capable of providing the safe distancing needed to protect against the spread of coronavirus.
According to The Irish Times, it will tell today’s Oireachtas Covid-19 committee they aren’t ‘fit for purpose’.
Public health officials are also expected to advise against easing restrictions quicker than expected.
It comes as one more person died from the virus and there are 77 new confirmed cases.
