‘Drive through vaccines’ begin in Letterkenny

‘Drive through vaccines’ have begun in Letterkenny with over 100 people over the age of 80 getting the jab in the comfort of their car yesterday.
The operation got underway yesterday morning at the facility set up in McGinleys multi-storey car park on Pearse Road and included three doctors and five vaccinators.
The innovative facility was set up by the well renowned Scally McDaid Roarty Medical Practice.
Patients just had to roll down their window, roll up their sleeve, get the jab and wait a further 15 minutes for observation.
