Mullooly encourages new ideas to address EU housing crisis

The EU’s Special Committee on the Housing Crisis has heard that major housing investment must be taken ‘off the books’.

Midlands North-West MEP Ciaran Mullooly, who is vice-chair raised concern about the EU Housing Commission’s estimate that an additional €150bn is needed to address Europe’s housing needs.

Mr Mullooly questioned where the funding will come from for housing.

He says there needs to be new ideas to fix the issue:
