Paddy McShane claimed the National Senior Elite Flyweight title in the National Stadium in Dublin on Saturday night.
The Letterkenny ABC man defeated Paudraic Downey of Belfast, 3-2 on a split decision.
The win is the first National Senior Elite title for Letterkenny ABC in 39 years.
It is also McShane’s fifth national title.
