Deputy Doherty questions if Justice Minister ‘knows what is happening in real world’

A Donegal Deputy has questioned if the Justice Minister knows what is happening in the real world.

Sinn Fein Finance Spokesperson Deputy Pearse Doherty has warned that the insurance crisis is having a significant impact on the economy and communities bouncing back from the pandemic.

He told that Dail that while insurance claim awards fell by 50% as a result of personal injuries guidelines coming into effect, insurers are not passing on such savings to consumers.
