The number of people with Covid-19 being treated in Irish hospitals has increased again, to the highest level in over a year.
The Department of Health has confirmed 1,127 cases in the hospital system today, the highest level since February last year.
52 patients are being treated in intensive care for the disease – an increase of 4 people since yesterday.
