Concern has been raised over a leaking sewer in Milford.
Effluent has been seeping from the sewer for a long number of years due to the breaking down of sewerage treatment system serving the Grey Rock estate.
Councillor Liam Blaney says efforts have been ongoing to address the issue for far too long.
