The Foreign Affairs Minister says the Stormont Assembly is under its greatest threat in 25 years.
It comes just five days before the Northern Ireland elections next Thursday.
The DUP collapsed the executive early due to the post-Brexit Northern Ireland Protocol, and is threatening not to return after May 5th.
