Ed Sheeran and his co-writers have won their High Court trial and have been awarded around one million euro in legal fees.
This trial follows accusations of copyright infringement in his 2015 hit ‘Shape of You’.
The verdict seen that the song was not copied ‘deliberately’ or ‘subconsciously’, resulting in the €1,000,000 not requiring payment.
