A man arrested in Donegal on suspicion of being part of an unlawful organisation has been released without charge, with gardai now preparing a file for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
The man in his 30s from Northern Ireland was arrested in the East of the county on Monday.
He had been detained at Letterkenny Garda Station under the Offences Against the State Act.
Investigation are ongoing.
