Glenties Municipal District has been told that more services must be provided for Ukrainian people living in the district, with an emphasis on integration into their local communities.
Cllr Noreen McGarvey says in the initial stages, the emphasis was on finding accommodation and school places, and ensuring the basics were in place.
Now, she says, it’s time to move on to the next stage, with a focus needed on shared interests such as music and sport…………….
